Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied:
1) Return :
We only accept return jewellery items if they are defective or damaged when customers receive it. Please ask my customer support team for more details of jewellery you need. We are welcome to answer your questions.
a . No return policy for custom order . Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered jewellery , custom designs.
2) Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3) Exchange
We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Please ensure that you measure the correct ring sizes and bracelet sizes before make a purchase.
4) Cancellations Policy: Any orders requested to be cancelled must be cancelled within 24 hours.
